PRIOR TO YOUR SESSION | You will receive a text with further arrival instructions.
DURING YOUR SESSION | Both guest and giver will wear a mask covering nose and mouth for the entire visit. PLEASE AVOID TOUCHING YOUR FACE OR MASK during session.

UNRAVEL PHILOSOPHY

The experience of life: our emotions, how we deal with stress and our life history all weave together to create a mirror that reflects our well-being. There are many opportunities for us to look in that mirror and begin to unravel the story our body tells us — to create positive thought habits — to breathe and release old patterns — to bring about healthy boundaries and develop well-being from the inside out.

Using the tools of yoga practice and Thai Yoga Body therapy, learn to unravel yourself . . . .

Creating a better reality, one breath at a time.
